Cancellation Policy

There will be a $20 fee on all overnight stays falling on a holiday
There will be a $10 fee for each visit on a holiday
Holidays include: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day

To avoid a cancellation fee, please cancel according to the following timeframes:
• Daily Walks/Visits: at least 24 hours before the start of the scheduled service
• Pet Sitting (multiple consecutive visits that are not recurring weekly walks/visits): at least 3 days before the start of the scheduled service
• Overnight Care: at least 7 days before the start of the scheduled service
• Pet Sitting During High Volume Periods: at least 7 days before the start of the scheduled service
• Dog Walks on Holidays: at least 7 days before the start of the scheduled service
Cancellations made after these timeframes are billed at 100%
There are no refunds for clients’ early returns, delayed departures, or other last-minute changes to visits
